Russels disappoints again

If I recall correctly, on the 8th of June I went to Russels Lenasia and brought a couple of things. One of them was a sleeper couch of which I was advised to get the safe guard to clean it with and not clean it with anything else. Everything was delivered on Thursday the 13th except for the safe guard that they had told me they would deliver the next day.

Then I was called to come to the branch to fetch it myself and I told them I could not as they promised they would deliver it but they assured me I would be called to confirm delivery. Last week I called again and was told they have nothing in the branch.

To this day no one has contacted me. If the couch gets damaged it will then be my responsibility!

Everytime my family goes back to Russels they disappoint. This is definitely the last time I purchase from them.
