I BECAME A EDGARS LUB MEMBER IN 2009 AND SINCE THEN, DID NOT RECEIVE ANY BIRTHDAY VOUCHERS. I HAVE TAKEN THIS UPON NUMEROUS OCCATIONS AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT THE STORE, HOWEVER STILL DID NOT RECEIVE FEEDBACK. I AM PAYING FOR THE BENEFITS OF BEING A CLUB MEMBER HOWEVER NOT RECEIVING ANY BENEFITS. THIS IS DISGRACEFUL FROM SUCH A BIG CONPANY, I WANT MY BIRTHDAY VOUCHERS FROM 2009. THIS IS . THEN I CONTACT 0860 112 468 FOR 15 MIN, I TOLD CAROL NOT TO PUT ME ON HOLD AS I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE FOR A LONG TIME. I REQUESTED A REFERENCE NUMBER AND GET PUT ON HOLD FOR ANOTH 3 MINUTES AND STILL NOONE CAME BACK TO ME
