I had put through a query online on the edgars website on the 21 June 2013. I received an email with the reference number 1959124/20130621/S.G.N. Up until now I have not received a response. I have been an edgars account holder for a good few years now and I pay my accounts on time. I even have the lifestyle membership and have been paying my membership fees like a loyal customer every month. With this membership, I am entitled to various benefits such as receiving a magazine and a birthday voucher once a year etc. For the past few years, I have not received any birthday voucher and the past couple of months I have not received any magazine either. So, i am basically paying for services that not currently being rendered by Edgars. I would like to know what is it that you are going to do in order to rectify this issue going forward and what are you going to do in order to rectify the past services not being rendered either. I have paid for the services, so the past also needs to rectified as well as the future.
