UNATTENDED COMPLAINT - 10th DAY

Hi Herman, I write to advise that I have not had my fridge fixed as yet (Friday, 19/04/2013, 16H37) Had a chat with Technician on the 17th of April 2013 after 14H00 as he told me he can't make it to my place on the day as he got the compressor very late. He wanted to come next which I had no one in the house on the said day. I suggested to him that he comes to my place on Friday 19th of April... which till now as I write he has not been around. Today marks 2 full weeks and I am without a fridge. I wonder if Game (Extended Warranty) will compensate me for the loss incurred due to a fridge not being operational. I hereby would like compensation from the Extended Warranty of this loss. Either u have an incompetent service delivery or your Preferred Suppliers (technicians) are very incompetent bunches. I am waiting to here what u have to say now, thanks.

How is your service Delivery? Do I have to stay a 3rd week without a fridge?? This is disturbing when I considered myself a valuable customer that bought extended warranty for peace of mind...
