I ordered a Prestigio tablet on the promotion. It was intended to be a birthday gift for my daughter. A 48 hr delivery time was allowed after which I became worried as I needed the gift when I got home. I contacted the call centre in a furious state. The lady by the name of Carmen dealt with my call and after the listeniing to my predicament, she told me that she would find out what went wrong and would call back. Five minutes later, much to my surprise she back to explain that the couriers had mixed up the packages and that it was on its way to Pretoria instead of being delivered in cape Town. After listening to me in a very calm and reassuring manner, she told me that she would see what she could do to satisfy me as it had been the couriers error. This was well after office hours and the official delivery time of the courier.
Was I amazed when she phoned me back half an hour later to inform me that she had arranged for the parcel to be collected at the courier and made arrangements for an after hours courier to deliver the parcel to my home. She fololowed the following morning THIS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will buy from your company with this type of seervice. WELL DONE
