Pharmacist - Bad attitute

To whom it may concern,

I wish to bring to your attention that we found one of the pharmacists extremely listless and unhelpful on Saturday, 13 April 2013 at the Cresta store. I cannot pinpoint (in words) what it was, but the body language said it all.

First she sighs when I handed her four scripts, then my card is swiped, taking a lot of effort, then she cannot find us on the system, then she cannot spell my surname, then she frowns looking at the scripts.

This is not what one deserves after sitting in a queue for 30 minutes. I had tonsillitis, my husband flu and my baby fever of 39.5.

Her name was Beauty, and the manager were no good in resolving the matter either.

Needless to say, we got our scripts from another pharmacy.

I hope this is not the way service at Dischem is going, I'm shocked and disappointed..

They have not bothered to answer our email to [Email Removed]
