I have been a customer with Foschini since 1998 and never had a problem. Now lately I'm being harrased via SMS that I must pay my account and that its in arrears. I have always paid on time. I now have just recieved an sms that says I must pay R750 today. I called to ask how much do I owe if im beeing demanded to pay R750 today and ased to be emailed a statement. Cleo told me she cant help me as her supervisor is not there and can only give me the balance. She then told me my total bill is R750. Now I ask why am I being send an SMS to pay today and her answer is that their customer service center is the one that send out these sms and she has been getting complaints and all she can do is give the cutomers the capetown number. I have to say that I DO NOT want to be treated like a bad debtor as I know im not and do not appreciate being sent these kind of sms. how can a customer contact center send this with wrong contact numbers and antagonise its customers like this. I quite franckly feel like cancelling my card now. Foschini, you WILL loose customers if you let this carry on. I want someone to contact me and let me know what is the world is going on and send me an email statement
