Unhappy! bad service

Bought pair of shoes and N1 city jet, came home and it was 2 wrong sizes (which should of being checked) went back and N1 don't have that style, so we went to parow jet, and they didn't want to change it, instead they wanted us to purchase a new pair on someone else account (as the boots was a gift) and then go back to N1 and cresit it... Which I classify as... And that was a managers suggestion! This is the second time I get ths bad, pathetics service from jet parow... angry comstomer and don't think I'll put my foot in jet parow again!
