BAD SERVICE AND

I purchased a pair of Winter Boots from Chantines, early May. It took the almost a month for them to send me the shoes. When I recieved them, it was the wrong shoes that I had paid for. I spoke to here and she said I must put the shoes for her in the Post, which I did immidiately. Now I am trying to follow up the correct pair, Nobody can pick up their phones, Bid Or Buy is also not even helping me. I do not know what I am supposed to do because I cannot just give my money for nothing. I had bought the boots for winter but now I cannot use them during winter time because they are running away with both the shoes and the money. Please help. I need to get the money so that I can buy another pair.
