After my complaint of 28/12/2012, Megamaster resonded on 7/1/2013 at 9H50 with a generic responce "Megamaster appologies for inconvenience caused and will resolve this matter for you as soon as possible"

Now 9 days latter not even contact made from them.
How is this for costomer service?
