Goods not as advertised - Missing products

A MegaMaster Patio Gas braai (Sizzler 300) was purchased on 28 September 2012 from The Glen branch. At the time the braai was on promotion and advertised with the extras including a cover, steak plate and rotisserie kit. The promotion valid from 27 September - 7 October 2012. The braai was purchased as a wedding gift and given to the couple in the original packaging on the afternoon of the 28th where we discovered that the extras were not included (this we asked the sales consultant several times before purchasing and we were assured that it was included and in the box) We went back to the The Glen branch the following Friday, after numerous telephonic attempts failed, where we told that the fault with the supplier and we would need to bring the braai back. We did explain that is was given as a gift and already used. The couple was very happy with the braai and we just wanted the extras as advertised. Our contact details were taken and promised that the error would be rectified and we would be contacted as soon as Game got an answer from MegaMaster - I still do not have the extras as promised 4 months ago. Is this something Game will eventually sort out or do I go to MegaMaster??
