Pending Hospital authorisation for 10 days

I sent an email request for hospital authorisation on the 13/05/2013.no responce. I made follow up email.no responce. I made a call on the 14 /05/2013 of which I was given a reference number whilest they will be doing necessary investigations. I faxed a follow up request on the 17/05/2013.no responce till today. Bare in mind I am 8 months pregnant, so how long should I wait?
I only need a yes or no from them as per conversation we had.
