Megamaster
No servicing agents

I have owned a Megamaster for about 18 months. Two of the burners have stopped working and need replacing. After speaking to the headoffice they gave me the details for Gas and Equipment. When I called them, they said that they do not sevice Megamaster. Going back to Megamaster, it seems they do not actually have anyone who services their product as yet, maybe sometime next year, They will supply the parts at R200 each and delivery fee of R150. I then need to find someone who is prepared to service the unit and fit the new parts. Why can I not buy the spares from Builders Warehouse where I bought the braai? Also, this braai is well looked after and cleaned weekly. Should a product like this not last more than 18 months?
