Poor building, painting and packaging

I have recently purchased a Megamaster Standard 750 built-in braai from Builders Warehouse in Centurion. I expected a new and decent product, but was disappointed because of the following reasons:

1. The unit was delivered by Builders warehouse, but because the plastic wrapping was torn, the lower door of the unit was lying on the bed of the truck and was therefore scratched all over. I sent it back. Two days later they brought a new unit, again the packaging was torn and the doors were scratched.By this time the contractor was on site waiting to install the unit, so I opted to take it and to exchange only the damaged doors. On further inspection, I found that the cowl was also scratched as it is packed loose inside the unit, thus moving around in transit. I took the doors, cowl and cowl stand (see next point) to Builders and they phoned Megamaster in order to get an agent to visit me. The agent promised to contact me and arrange to bring me spray paint, but never did.
2. Cowl stand had to be exchanged as the pipe on which the cowl should be mounted was welded on so skew it was obvious with the naked eye.
3. The supplied with door-knob is too long - goes right through?
