2012 October I bought 2 blackberry 9300 on Credit it was suppose to come with R500 Vodacom Airtime Voucher each, I was told to call vodacom to claim the airtime which I did but the consultant I spoke didn't know what I was talking about so I called the store and the sales lady who sold me this was unavailable, time and time again I have to call the store for feedback because no one calls me back. January my girlfriend lost her blackberry I reported this brought all that they asked of me but till to this day I call them they always have stories so April 2013 no phone and no airtime but yet they say "Beares really cares about you"
