This in regards to a query or email i send in Feb concerning a replacement clicks card. I requested it online and 5 days later i got a reply that they cant find my original email and i had to re-submit it. I have done this twice already and all i want to do is replace my clicks card. Whats is the best way forward doing now as i am not sure i would want to do it online again. Please assist or advise me in this regard
