Replacement Clicks card not received after 2 month

I lost my gold Clicks card in Feb 2013. I emailed the Clicks Lost card center and asked for a replacement card on 22 Feb 2013. I then got a reply back from Ayesha Kamish on 26 Feb 2013 that the card will take 2-4 weeks to be delivered to my address. on 8 April 2013 I again emailed to find out where the card is and Ayesha Kamish again stated that they will be 2 -4 weeks for delivery. It's now May already and now card. Can someone please let me know if I will be receiving a new card or should I just apply for a different card all together?
