Hi there,

I bought 2 couches (Sleeper couches) from Homechoice just over a year ago.

The quality of the couches so poor. The backrest is hanging of the one and the stands actually broke.

The second couch, the spring came out of the couch and literally hanging out under my couch. I have paid
THOUSANDS for these items, and Homechoice MERCHANDISING Department Refuse to Fix, Replace, Credit the item in question.

So basically you will spend R12 000 And more for a couch that will last just 12 months thats the gaurantee you getting. Its FURNITURE we talking about here, I have spend R20 000 on my account on furniture at Homechoice, and its not Quality

I would not recommend Homechoice to any one.
