DISGUTING SERVICE/HUGE RIP OFF

I have never in my life experienced such disgusting service and came across people trying so desperately to rip me off my money. My husband and I decided to buy new furniture for our house and did a lot of window shopping searching for quality as we had the money I wanted to buy furniture from a friendly small shop in Randburg square however doubted the quality in their furniture hence the prices was quite cheap

We ended up at Bed & Lounge in Langlaagte and settled for a set of nice maroon in colour corner couch worth R12000 but on special for R9000. We bought this couch cash and a week later the one leg at the corner of the couch broke while we a visitor over. ( how embarrassing). Inspector's from the store came and was taken back for repairs. Not even being a year old the leather stitches starts tearing wide open and shows the cotton and sponge underneath. When the inspectors came to have a look at the couch THEIR realised that the also the same leg that got repaired - the steel is tearing AGAIN and will collapse again soon.

I want my money refunded in full and have all the proof that BED & LOUNGE has ripped us off and sold me poor quality couches not worth the price. I am
