TFG STORE REFUSING TO REPAIR PHONE AFTER 6 MONTHS

In August 2012 I decidedto open a MARKHAM account solely because I needed a new phone. I wanted to avoid going the contract route because I felt I would end up paying more than the original retail price of the phone I wanted. I went for a white Blackberry Torch which to my surprise began freezing and peeling a month after purchase. Needless to say, the phone has now crashed and is no longer working... I have had many a phone and have never experienced a phones paint peeling in that manner! Even without a phone cover! Not only am I disappointed in Blackberry for manufacturing poor quality phones but I'm also disappointed in MARKHAM for refusing to repair the phone because I have misplaced my slip. I'm an account holder and surely they can backdate to when I purchased the phone. I have never missed any of my payments and have been a loyal customer to not only MARKHAM but to the rest of the TFG stores too! I cannot continue paying for a phone that crashed 6 months after purchase! It is ridiculous considering the fact that I purchased the phone for close to R5000. I regret my decision to purchase a phone at this store and wish I had purchased a trusted brand elsewhere!!!
