Polo menlyn offer bad customer service

I went to polo shop in menlyn with my fiance and the service was so bad and it was not the first time, the ladies instead of assisting us they are busy playing around with each others hair and we are queing for the cashier, eventually they assisted us but still concentrating on the other colleques, playing like high school kids. if polo want to retain its customers i think they should adress the issue and all the customers were complainig. when we go out of the shop we dont blame it on the girls but we look at the whole thing as POLO shop
