Promise not kept... where's my cardigan???

Went to the Polo Store in Rosebank during the Polo Sale to buy two cardigans. I had size issues with a particular colour, charcoal, and I asked the store-ladies to check stock availability at their other branches. I was reliably informed that a size was available at their Menlyn branch, I should leave my details and I'll get a call as soon as it arrives.
Three weeks passed without any feedback, upon calling the store to enquire why a shipment from Pretoria is taking so long, only to realise that they had not kept their promise of sourcing it from Menlyn. They tried looking then, yesterday the 13th of August only to find that "apparently, allegedly" no one has. I was told to go to Stuttafords but no one could answer the question of the price as when our arrangement was agreed the price was at a drastically reduced R399 as opposed to the normal R899
