NOT PROVIDING CUSTOMERS WITH ASSISTANCE

Call the call center to book a VW Polo and the agent advised me that she is unable to check and If I require VW Polo I will have to call the individual branch to find out availability, is this the way your staff are trained? I always use AVIS as my rental company and requesting for a polo previously was not an issue but now it seems to be. Kindly address this issue.
