Safeway products not safe buying!

I've been a loyal customer of clicks & used to have trust as well as faith in the clicks brand however that is not so any longer. The clicks brand is a disappointment & not any value for money. I purchased a few Safeway products from clicks when I purchased these products I wasn't made aware of the pathetic guarantee/warranty policy as well as that of the repairing/servicing of all Safeway products. As only after the guarantee/warranty period had passed and I started having problems with the various products did I come to learnt that once the guarantee/warranty period is over those products can't be sent away for repairs or servicing! This is a total rip off as if I had known this before buying those products I would never have boughten the safeway products as other major electronic and appliance manufacuturers will still repair/servcice their products even after the guarantee/warranty period is passed at a cost but that's acceptable unlike Safeway whereby the customer will just have to buy another product which becomes costly as then not worth buying the safeway products I have lost money & experienced alot of inconvenience as well due to this. I won't buy Safeway products again!
