Tablets Missing

On Saturday, 9/11/13, I purchased a box of 30 USN CLA 1000 softgels from Clicks Pavillion.
I opened them at home only to discover that there was 3 tablets missing from the one cartridge, but the foil at the back was still sealed.
This leads me to wonder how safe these tablets are as the box and cartridge was still sealed, or is it just that no quality control is being performed on your products.

I expected much better from USN as your products are not exactly cheap, and to then have to incur extra expence and inconvenience is not on.

I had to drive on Sunday morning to a Clicks branch to have the tablets exchanged, where the service was beyond pathetic (but that i will sort out with Clicks directly).

Come on guys, this is your chance to prove what USN is all about as I want to belief your products are worth buying.
