Morkels & Bravo Damaged Fake Sleeping Products

I bought a bed from Morkels Store "Sealy" to be exact & within a year of possessing the bed I noticed it started sagging & the mattress was damaged prior to the lapsing of the two year guarantee. I then reported the bedset as damgaged, where I received the most shocking disgusting devastating pathetic service imaginable. Where Morkels management & staff Yvonne disrespected me as a young person, carring less about my needs as one of their prestige clients, considering the thousands of rands I have spent on their products. I was adivsed that the bedset had been authorised for exchange over a month ago & I'm still waiting for the bed to be delivered till this day of complaint. Morkels Store is not a two year guarantee store but rather defective & in their dealings. Bravo sleeping products & Morkels are selling cheap products. This bedset is rediculously expensive for nothing, as it lost shape in less than a year of purchase. Don't waste your money at morkels because they will rip you off. The service from both Morkles & Bravo has brought about devastation anger & disgust. I am definitely going to the ombudsman to lodge a complaint.
