I am a person that is very critical when it comes to my jewelery, its quality and the service I receive. I bought a ring and set of earrings from the branch at the airport as I work there. A month later one of the small diamonds fell out. I was shocked and returned to the store. The ring was replaced with th exact same model. Five months later I noticed small gaps opening between the stones of the replacement ring. VERY disappointed and irrate I visited the store again. Long story short I could decide on something else and did so. The reason for the compliment is not all the shocking events of this ring BUT the service that the manager Sam gave to me. This could have easily been a major complaint about product quality, etc BUT the professional way Sam handled it and the service I received ended up "saving the situation" and in a large way the reputation of the company with myself. Thank you, Sam! Hope to not see you again under those circumstances but I will support your store any day again.
