I did purchase a pants from Jet Southgate on the 08 April 2013, the pant is to big so I went to Jet Carlton Centre to exchange for the same pants only in smaller size. I unfortunately lost my proof of payment slip but I did swipe my thank U card when I bought the pant, So I try to explain to the till operator by the name off Oupa to please call the manager of the store so that I can explain that they can draw a history on my cards to see that I did purchase the pants Oupa refuse to help me he ever laugh me in face saying that he will not call the manger because she will tell me the same thing he is telling me, I felt very humiliated by the service
I DONT THINK THAT I WILL PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM JET EVER
