Friendly staff = great service

I had water damage and my insurance is replacing all the floor in my house. We had laminated flooring, but we decided that we want to tile the living room. On Saturday I took the laminated flooring that was bought for the living room back to credit it for tiles. The level of service I received was an absolute pleasure! From the moment I walked in very single employee was friendly and asked if they could assist. From the ladies at the front desk to the guys in dispatch. Even Patrick who loaded my stock was very friendly. The owner of this store can be really proud of his whole team! Definitely the only CTM I will ever visit if I need anything! Other service providers can really learn from these guys!
