Nu Life Flooring
Nu Life flooring-- DO NOT USE!!!

Was referred by Cemcrete, to Vincent Truter from of Nu Life Flooring cc. He came to my house & quoted on stripping the lower level crete floor and resealing. I explained and showed him the rest of the house of what my expectations was. I was assured that I will have a great result. LUCKILY, I refused to pay a deposit!!! The team arrived with some team leader but no Vincent in sight. No supervision. The job was suppose to take 2-3 days... hahaha. (Almost 2 weeks later), the floor was stripped twice, and not sealed. Vincent came to look at the stripped floor, instead I was told that the quality of the floor is bad and that I should have contacted the company that originally creted the floor. The next minute he just told me he will not finish the job, and just walked out. He was rude and had absolutely no manners! The result is extremely POOR. Some of the brown crete has been stripped leaving white marks all over the floor. Thank goodness I did not pay a deposit.
