THEY ARE HARASSING ME

Since the year started i have been struggling a bit to pay my account so instead of paying my original instalment of R300 i payed R250. But ever since then i have been getting calls every single day that i must R1600 or R1700 immediately. And when they call me they threaten me and send me sms's telling me that this is affecting my credit record.

On the 5th of this month i payed R750 but still i am getting calls, and worse part i told them that ever since this month i have been on maternity leave. But it is as if they don't get me.

They threaten me and this is really stressing me, on a balance of R3000 why i am harassed if i am paying?

And i told them a million times that i wont make any arrangements of when to pay because i don't get my salary on a set date.

And they don't do any security check to make sure they speaking to the right person, and they do not follow the correct DCA procedure.
