Forty rand voucher not redeemed

To whom it may concern

On the 30th November 2013 i bought an item at Fashion Express Tokai (Blue Route Mall).
After the sale the lady told me that at my next purchase i have an R40.00 voucher for my use.
Please not no expiry date was discussed with me.

Today i bought a Jeans at Fashion Express Canal Walk i was told that the R40.00 has expired

Please if you hand out vouchers indicate to the customer that theirs an expiry date on the voucher.

And the service a person get when you stand there in confusion its like your are lying and all sorts of excuses are being told to you.
Please TFG sort this out.
