Last week Friday I bought a pair of boots at your Blue Route store and qualified for the 10% reward discount. When I got home I tried on the shoe and thought a bigger size will do, should I wear a thicker sock with the boot.
My mom managed to get the size I wanted in Wynberg. To our surprise she needed to pay the difference for the discount we got last week. This does not make sense. I'm not changing an item on promotion for a normal priced item - then its obvious I should pay in the difference. Its the same shoe, we only exchanging it for a bigger size.

I made contact with your call centre this morning and was informed by Cindy that the system wont allow the discount? So does this mean if I buy a sale item, exchange this after promotion ends I will be refunded the normal priced item? This is what has happened here.

I'm very disappointed that a system must dictate how you reason with your clients? I work in the financial industry and we always do our best to meet our clients needs. I don't see how this has met my needs as a customer.

Its not about the discount, its about the principle behind this.
