Shoe Breaks - IN LESS THAN 1 MONTH!

On Friday the 5th July I decided to get my first pair of Superga's and was really excited at the prospect of it.

Especially since it was such a cool pair... but when I get home I noticed that there was a little bit of a cover up on the shoe's sole. Yet, I liked it that much that I was prepared to keep it, provided that it was recognized by the store I purchased it and I wanted a discount. (look at the pic attached on the little blemish on the sole)

After arguing with no avail, with the sales person, I wanted the manager. She totally understood my issue and gave me a 10% discount.

It's not even been a full month yet and now the shoe is breaking, I remember the sales guy told me that it was not leather but really R500 for a shoe that lasted all of 16 days. Consider that I do not wear the show everyday. (see pic attached and I will send another two separately, as the file size is big)

This is unacceptable and I want the shoe, but not one that is going to break.

Please get back to me soonest as this is super frustrating.
