Bad discount

Pick n Pay and Game both a a promotion on a decoder, so I phoned Game on Monday and Spoke to Mr Victor Mavuso and he assured me that they can beat any price on promotion and all i had to do was prove that the items is available and it's advertised with the other supplier. On Tuesday I went to Game and bought the item to my surprise the discount i was offered was only R20.60 compared to the competitor's price. Now I'm highly disappointment that I went to so much trouble, confirming Game's policy on beating any price on promotion and my excitement getting the item at a low price and adding to that the Salesman had attitude that it served me right to get the item at that price.
