RETURN PROMISED - NO DELIVERY

Thanks to Kalahari for agreeing to replace my damaged Gobii - as at 07/04/13. Today is 11/04/13 and the two day promised delivery hasn't happened. Don't know whether to blame Kalahari or Berco - who can't seem to get themselves organised enough to find out what is going on and where my parcel - if there is one - actually is.
