On the 5th of September I ordered a PC game from Kalahari. I was promised delivery within 10 days. But 10 days passed, then a month, then another. I called Support over 10 times, and each time I was given a different story about why my parcel was late - First it was because they were still waiting for payment, then they were doing a credit check, then there was a problem with their trucks, then they were still waiting for the suppliers. Then, for another three weeks, I was promised that my parcel was on its way.

After finally speaking to someone higher up, they informed me that my parcel had never been sent. In fact, they were unable to procure stock. Yet, Kalahari was unable to simply inform me of this. I would have understood if someone had bothered to contact me and explain what was going on.

I was promised a refund since they couldn't find stock. But the poor service continued. Kalahari failed to provide me with a full refund. They only refunded the cost of the parcel, and not the delivery charges that I paid.

I have never been treated so badly by a company.
