LONG OUTSTANDING BED COMPLAINT

I bought a Sealy Bed from Beares gezina, and in the middle of last year, I reported both the base and mattress as it was noisy, lumpy and as I suffer with back problems..
I logged a complaint with the consultant Lucia, and roughly in October, she told me that the reason why the bed was not yet exchanged was that the gurantee had expired and it did not show on the system that I had an extended warranty. I went home, found my original contract and faxed them the proof that in fact I did have an extended on my goods.
I was then told that it is too late in the year to order a set, but that they would do the order in January 2013 when Sealy re-opens. At the end of January I phoned the branch again to follow up on why the goods has not been exchanged as yet, Lucia told me that she was busy sorting out another customers Lounge suite and didn't have time to see to my complaint. I then followed up numerous times after that, to no avail.

I directly phoned sealy on 22 March 2013 to find out what the delay was and they told me the order has not even been placed yet. I find this totally unacceptable and I am actually appauled at the poor customer service.
