SEALY- Why must I pay for your factory Faults?

I purchased a Sealy Mattress in December 2009 from The Bed Store in Woodmead. Within a year the mattress had started sagging. Sealy sent out an inspector and the found the mattress was at fault. They replaced the mattress in March 2011. A year and half later I have the same issue, they sent through an inspector from Bravo who found that there were faults and also found the base at fault. I have now been contacted by Sealy to say they are willing to replace at a cost of over R2000.00. The 1st R1000 as it is out of the warranty (by a few months) and 2nd R1000 odd as a recovery fee as they say for hygiene reasons they can not take back my mattress as it has a slight mark on it, (despite using a protector) yet it would be otherwise normally taken to the factory to be cut open to find out why this is happened? I am appalled that a company with such a name expects R2000 for either of these reasons when it is the second mattress in 3 years that is fault after I initially Paid R6000.00. I asked for all this in writing on friday via email and am still waiting. I refuse to spend another cent when I have not got what I Initially paid for and hope that Sealy intends to rectify this matter ASA
