I have a 50" flat screen TV which I purchased from HiFi corporation - the biggest mistake I have made in my life- on 20/12/2011

The TV lost picture in January (a little more than a year old) and I took the TV to HiFi Corporation in Centurion. Here I was informed that I have to take the TV home as they only send technicians out to our homes on the big TV's. I took it home and a couple of days later a technician arrived, tried to fix it and then took it away. He returned the TV on 1/2/13 and it worked fine. Today, 21/2/13 the TV just died on me again.
I phoned HiFI Corporation services department and was told:
1) I must bring the TV in. when I said that they chased me away the first time
2) He told me that I must please come in and bring proof of purchase! He cannot find a record of the TV that was broken before, in fact,
3) he said to me that I have a 32" TV! I have never had a 32" TV!

So HiFi Corp, come and take your rubbish and give my money back so that I can buy a new TV from someone who is, hopefully, a more reputable dealer than you. I have the slip and paid R5 999, 99 for the TV. No, i am not interested in a credit note as I shall NEVER do business with you again.
