Urban staff friendly, flexible and helpful

I bought my husband some clothes for his birthday at the Brooklyn branch. However I saw their retun policy said "within 10 days' and my husband's birthday was more than 10 days away. The manager assured me it would not be a problem if I needed to return the clothes after that.
I duly ended up having to return the clothes. When I got to the shop, the staff and management remembered me, and scurried around to find me the right sizes. Once they discovered that they didn't have them, they immediately called the other branches to locate them, all the while being pleasant and friendly.
The right size pants were located at Woodlands, and I agreed to go there the next day. The staff there were just as helpful, and knew all about me when I walked in, quickly sorting out my problem, with no fuss.
Everyone was professional, helpful and pleasant. Thanks so much for making my shopping experience a pleasure. I will definitely be back!
