I bought a pair of jeans at pick n pay clothing in kloof on the 23rd of march 2013. i wore it once then broke the zip. i returned it on the 8th of april and was told they cannot accept it since its been worn and washed and damaged and its over 14 days . to my suprise because i had a proof of payment everything. their policy says nothing about all these reasons. on top of that the sales lady was sooo rude to me and told me to call customer care and see if they will take it back after that.
