Good Day,

I am writing this review due to poor quality of goods I purchased from Truworths. This has not been the first time either.

On the 20th of March I purchased a Truworths branded pair of shoes and in less than a month the broke. I had not returned them until 10 days later and was told by the cashier and supposed manager on duty that the shoes could not be refunded as per refund policy.

I suppose that was a fair call as the slip had mentioned th returm policy, but my prolem is the fact that they sell items which only last a month and a few day's.

Thruworths quality of clothing is poor in my eyes and I will never purchaswe from their stores ever again. I will also spread the word amongst my circle as I feel that they should not be supported if they are intending on selling items which are poor of quailty and their staff are also unwilling to exchange easily damaged goods.
