Bad customer service

My account was handed over to RL Daly Attorneys buy you people. on the 20/11/2012 I made a seettlement formy account and even sent my proof to [Email Removed] which 5of their consultants confirmed that its showing on my profile but they keep sending sms's about payments and when I decided to give them a call again today I spoke to Zuko
who said the problem is on the Focshini side because you guys didn't update my details and you didn't remove my name from the debt list. can someone professional really attend to this matter because I get aggitated when it comes to poor customer service!!
