I NEED HELP! ACCUSED OF DEBT THAT IS PAID OFF!

I am at the end of my rope and do not know which way to turn anymore :'( RL daly is possibly the worst when it comes to help. I paid in full October 2012 via Standard bank (Advanced account) whom settled my Absa credit card on my behalf. Recently I received a call that according to the attorneys the account was handed over to the account is in question and not settled. However, when I go to Absa they state account is Paid up! And I owe nothing. 3 Months ago RL Daly attorneys started hounding me, saying i owe them money! This left me confused and having to get proof of payment via standard bank. I called RL Daly on numerous occasions and what a tedious, exausting process it was each time. They promised to be in contact with absa bank. regarding this account being refreshed on the system. It's been more than 2 weeks now again since i sent them proof from standard bank. The account is now STILL under dispute and being invstigated. I get cut off, shouted at and receive no help from Standard, Absa nor RL Daly. Can someone please, guide me as to whom I need to speak to, to get this sorted. I have paid this account in full and have gone through every channel possible! Thank you in advance
