Teljoy has poor service and attitude

We had a TV and remote issue, where the technicians were in and out over a 4 week period, each time the problem wasn't resolved. I had arranged with said George to meet so he could see what my concerns are, it has been 3-4 weeks since and upon calling him he says he's been 'busy' and will be away for another week??? I don't see how that's my problem, plus he asked me for my contact details again, showing he had no intention of contacting me, the TV still has a problem, as minor as it is, it is not functioning properly...
