Woolworths
Default my financial record though paid my account

A couple of years ago i opened a woolworths account, i paid my account monthly, however two years ago i lost my job and could not pay my account, i did however immediately start to pay my account as soon as i got a job, my account is now fully settled.
I did an ITC check because i wanted to know my financial status, to my shock is saw... Woolworths default, bad debt written off, however, i paid every cent in full. Furthermore i tried making contact with woolworths, sent mails etc, i was promised to get response within 24 hours, more than a week has passed, meanwhile i have a bad credit record. Easy to take your money, slow to deliver, guess its not just the meat thats bad!
