Woolworths
Listed for what I don't even owe them

I had a credit card with Woolworths and went under debt review and the card was settled in full. I even received a settlement letter from their attorneys. But to my suprise last week when I applied for a home loan, I found out that Woolworths are claiming that I owe them R291. I phoned them this morning and I spoke to Bronwyn from Recovery Services explaining to her that I'm being listed and that apparently I owe Woolworths R291 and she told me that my name will remain on the credit bureaus for two years. But now what am failing to understand is why will it appear with the amount of R291 instead of them removing this amount on ITC.I want them to remove that R291 that I don't even owe them as soon as possible or else will take this further because now the house that was affordable for me has been bought by someone.
