Terrible Service

Since February 2013 my TV gave a problem with the HDMI, i took it back to the store in clearwaters for repairs which took almsot 3 weeks to fix, then got the TV back and other functions stopped working that were working fine previously. The tv was then picked up and taken back in mid March but to date im being told its been fixed and will be brought back but i get no response from anyone as to when this will be done.
I have been dealing with "managers" at the store but stil with no luck.
All i want is for someone that knows what they are doing to resolve this problem for me now as this is almost 3 months without me being able to use the TV. So please dont give me your standard HP response and can someone senior please resolve this matter for soon.
