Sent in a Philips Sound Bar in for repairs for a problem that they had supposedly fixed once before. Get it back after 20 working days and I am told no problem could be found, take it home to use and it fails on exactly the same problem that I took it in for. So back I go the next day (22nd April 2013), 20 working days later I go in to collect it, this time I am told that a problem was found but authorization is required to get the spares. Go back a week later, only to find authorization still hasn't been obtained. I complained, sent an email etc. They do contact me and tell me it has been done, and should be ready for collection in 7 working days... Guess what, 5 working days later I phone to get an update, only to find that the parts haven't arrived yet, in fact they are not even in the country, and they can't give me collection date. So for the last 2 months they had my unit, they promise the world and deliver dirt. As far as I am concerned they will do anything to get you to buy stuff from them, and after that you are on your own. Hi-Fi Corp doesn't care about after sales customer satisfaction. They have lost me as a customer, and I will actively encourage others not to use them
